My time at the ABC Kids Show in Las Vegas was blessed because I met Heather Corley. It was great to meet a professional safety expert, mother, and journalist who truly cares about kids and the safety of products being introduced to the Juvenile Product Industry. As judges of the 2008 JPMA Innovation Awards, Heather and I were honored and delighted to have access to the newest and most innovative products entering the children’s product market.
I am excited to announce that Heather will be joining the Jet with Kids Panel of Experts. Her expertise as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician adds value to the Jet With Kids team. The safety of children is a top priority for us, and Heather will address many issues the family traveler has concerning car seats and safety. She is also very educated about children’s products as the Baby Products Guide at About.com and will add her expertise to the product review section of Jet With Kids.

Heather Wootton Corley is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician who shares her car seat expertise with parents and caregivers worldwide through her job as Baby Products Guide at About.com (http://babyproducts.about.com), as well as in her state and community through her involvement with Safe Kids of Kansas. She is a Safe Kids senior car seat checker and a local chapter director. Heather is constantly seeking new information about car seats and crash data to share with parents to help them better protect their children on the road.
