Wouldn’t it be great if we desired vegetables the same way some of the sugary, fat-loaded treats can make our mouth salivate? I mean, I like vegetables (more so now that I understand their value to my body) but I can honestly say I have never gotten really excited about a plate full of greens in the same way I have a creamy bowl of pasta or a silky chocolate desert .
